E-commerce Customer Service Representative

Provide outstanding customer service for a US-based e-commerce brand selling consumer electronics. Handle order inquiries, returns, shipping issues, and product questions via email and live chat. Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar platforms preferred. Must be comfortable working US Eastern time zone hours. Training provided on all products and systems.
